- Health Insurance: We accept Japanese National Health Insurance. Private health insurance is not accepted. Patients without Japanese insurance will be charged 5,000 yen per 10 minutes.
- Appointments: Online booking is highly recommended.
- Walk-ins: We accept walk-ins for children with head trauma.
- Diagnostic Imaging: We collaborate with "Medical-Scanning Machida" nearby for MRI/CT scans. If you already have imaging data (CD-ROM, etc.), please bring it with you.
- Email Inquiries: Please include your full name, date of birth, and Patient ID (if previously registered).
